The region lends itself to unparalleled cycling opportunities and the Cape Cult Wines itinerary includes The Mother City (Cape Town), South Africa’s Whale watching Capital (Hermanus) and The Gastro Capital of South Africa (Franschhoek). Day 1 Cape Town

Arrive in Cape Town, aka The Mother City and transfer to your hotel for city orientation
and wine sampling.

Day 2 Cape Point

Explore the most beautiful peninsula on the African continent on a full day tour that
includes whale watching, penguin colonies, Cape Point, quaint fishing villages and
outstanding seafood. Revel in the vibrancy of Cape Town’s restaurants and nightlife at the world famous.

Day 3 Helderberg

Depart Cape Town for the Helderberg appelation in Stellenbosch, home to some of the most beautiful and elegant estates in the Cape Winelands. Experience a cellar tour at world famous Vergelegen and taste their venerable wines. Lunch and wine pairing at Waterkloof Estate, an architectural masterpiece with sweeping views across False Bay.

Day 4 Walker Bay

Walker Bay offers undulating cycling trails under the watchful eye of Southern Right Whales. These gentle giants of the ocean keep watch as you sample some of the finest Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc wines that South Africa has to offer. Enjoy innovative wine and food pairings as your cycling route gently meanders along rural roads.

Day 5 & 6 Hermanus

art Hermanus for a scenic drive to Franschhoek, the gastro-capital of South Africa, a charming village set in a magnificent dead end valley with sweeping vista. The valley floor provides excellent biking opportunities and we off-road between vineyards ranging from prominent world renowned brands to deeply personal cult cellars. Tour the finest contemporary art gallery in South Africa. Hands on Charcuterie, bread and cheese making immersion experiences.

Day 7 Cape Town Depart

Transfer to Cape Town and depart the wine region…although we fully expect you will extend your stay.
